# Dashboard

The cryoSPARC Dashboard provides at-a-glance information on your Projects, Workspaces and status of recent Jobs, as well as a change log documenting updates in new versions of cryoSPARC and links to helpful resources. The header and footer contain links to Projects, Workspaces, the Resource Manager and the identity of the current user.
