# Downloads: Workflow JSONs, sample volumes, and masks

## Workflow v1

Below we provide a link to download a .zip archive containing CryoSPARC Workflow `JSON` files and required inputs which can be imported into CryoSPARC v4.7.1+ and used to process GPCR datasets like the ones we have tested. Two versions of the Workflow file are provided: one that processes raw movies directly from import, and another that processes micrographs that are generated after pre-processing in CryoSPARC Live. ## Workflow v2

We've continued refining and simplifying the above workflow, and now we've [put it to the test on nine datasets of CDK-activating Kinase (CAK)](https://guide.cryosparc.com/processing-data/automated-workflows/advanced-automated-data-processing-a-case-study-using-cak) where we overcome severe preferred orientation resulting in maps with little to no anisotropy. Below you will find the workflow `JSON` file, the reference volume, and the junk volumes used in this case study. Additionally, the resulting maps and models from the automated data processing of CAK are available for download.
