# Deep Network Particle Picker (≤v4.7)

CryoSPARC v2.16 introduces a deep particle picker using deep convolutional neural networks. The model can be trained on particle picks from a subset of micrographs and then can be used to pick particles from the remainder of the micrographs. The deep picking pipeline consists of two new jobs:

* Deep Picker Train (BETA)
* Deep Picker Inference (BETA)
