The Deep Picker Train and Deep Picker Inference jobs are obsolete and no longer present in CryoSPARC v5.0+.
CryoSPARC v2.16 introduces a deep particle picker using deep convolutional neural networks. The model can be trained on particle picks from a subset of micrographs and then can be used to pick particles from the remainder of the micrographs. The deep picking pipeline consists of two new jobs:
