Guide: EMDB-friendly XML file for FSC plots

How to download an EMDB-friendly XML version of FSC plots.

In cryoSPARC v3.3+, an EMDB-friendly XML version of every plotted FSC is available to download by clicking on the "XML" link above the plot:

By default, only the best FSC curve is converted to XML and available for download. In the above screenshot, this would be the "Corrected" curve. To obtain XML versions of different FSC curves, you can connect the volume output and mask output of your job to the "Validation (FSC)" job. This job will compute a Gold-Standard FSC using the half maps and write out each XML file to the job's directory.
